Subject: Poor Experience with Your Dealership
my recent service at ford walsall and i must express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your dealership. I had brought one of our Ford vehicles in for servicing on friday at 8am, but unfortunately, my overall experience was terrible.
Firstly, the communication was very poor. I was not informed that the car had not even started the service until 13.30, which is five and a half hours after the car had been dropped off. This lack of communication was highly inconvenient, as I had to make alternative arrangements for my transportation.
Secondly, the vehicle wash service was not done correctly. The car still had the mechanics' rubbish inside, and the overall cleanliness of the vehicle was poor. As a result, I had to clean the car myself, which was highly frustrating.
Lastly, I was highly disappointed with the overall lack of customer service and understanding that your team displayed. It was highly unprofessional to keep me waiting for such a long time without any updates. This lack of service has left me highly disappointed and frustrated.
We have over 15 Ford vehicles in our fleet, and we won't be using your dealership anymore. It is highly disheartening to have such an experience, especially as we have been loyal customers of your dealership for a long time.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve your customer service. I would appreciate a response from you on this matter.
