My boys attended the two day camp at Repton , they enjoyed it picked up some good skill sets, plenty of coaches with some real good feedback Matt himself was there hands on to ensure the highest standard was being delivered and they came back smiles and shattered my youngest 8 picked up some new skills and now he wont stop practicing them

From easy booking payments and service this was my first but not last jet two holidays they were great from the airport as well really kind and caring towards the customer and same on the flight the hotels were exactly as described and the whole trip was great.

easy to renew good price point and good level of cover only gave it 4/5 as they dont send you physical copies of the cover its all online for you to read and print etc

my recent service at ford walsall and i must express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your dealership. I had brought one of our Ford vehicles in for servicing on friday at 8am, but unfortunately, my overall experience was terrible.

Firstly, the communication was very poor. I was not informed that the car had not even started the service until 13.30, which is five and a half hours after the car had been dropped off. This lack of communication was highly inconvenient, as I had to make alternative arrangements for my transportation.

Secondly, the vehicle wash service was not done correctly. The car still had the mechanics' rubbish inside, and the overall cleanliness of the vehicle was poor. As a result, I had to clean the car myself, which was highly frustrating.

Lastly, I was highly disappointed with the overall lack of customer service and understanding that your team displayed. It was highly unprofessional to keep me waiting for such a long time without any updates. This lack of service has left me highly disappointed and frustrated.

We have over 15 Ford vehicles in our fleet, and we won't be using your dealership anymore. It is highly disheartening to have such an experience, especially as we have been loyal customers of your dealership for a long time.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve your customer service. I would appreciate a response from you on this matter.

Straight from the first point of contact i felt very confident dealing with the team at Alexanders everyone who i dealt with Julian, Darren and others were always on point very easy not pushy and very informative really couldnt ask for a better service from a dealership .

the transactions were very fast and simple and everything checked and double checked .

brought a bike for xmas for my 4year old really please it was full ready to go no issues and better value than halfords and smyths .

Good advice good service and excellent products like other i have tried a few car covers over the years and never seen any that perform as well as this brand. They are not cheap but then again they deliver a product that i think is great for the money.

Purchased a Tag watch the weekend as a gift for my uncle, the website easy to navigate and the product images were excellent, the description was also correct. The check out was very simple altho i would prefer more options such as paypal and amex as they are my prefrences when paying online. The follow up security calls and emails were also a great idea and delivery was on time. would buy from them again for sure but the prices they give for the watches are very low so they do have a high mark up compared to other sites.

No pushy sales man and the sofas they have are excellent value for money. Show room in Cannock was clean and great temperature offered drinks and could shop at our leisure. Friendly staff a guy called Sunny helped us and we are now excited for delivery .

Good honest advice and very clean and professional work. Also the costs are very competitive. We had our extension done and are very pleased.

Great place to visit with any age group easy to book online and find staff are very professional and helpful plenty to do and see and enjoy.

Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the parking is quite expensive.
