Faulty iPhone Returned But No Refund
Purchased an iPhone which went faulty after just 9 days.
Very would not replace just refund.
Phone returned for refund on 2nd April, a week later I am still waiting for my refund.
I need to purchase another phone but cannot until I receive my refund.
Bad experience and poor customer service.

The phone is still with Yodel, your sister company, I would have selected an efficient and reliable parcel company, and have no guarantee when Very will inspect!
I have to keep chasing and am still without a mobile phone and my money until Very get their act together?
All I wanted was an exchange but all I got was inconvenience.
I was not told it would take 21 days when I spoke to Very Customer Service and will now request a claim back from my payment provider.
