One month since ordering and no sign of order.
They even ignored my email chasing up my order.
What looked like poor customer service appears to be scamming going by other reviews.

Nice and simple process. Very pleasant chap inspected the car, gave us his valuation and guided us through and even claimed the car tax refund on our behalf.
Could have possibly got more by selling privately but considering the time, effort and cost that would entail we are happy with deal

Purchased an iPhone which went faulty after just 9 days.
Very would not replace just refund.
Phone returned for refund on 2nd April, a week later I am still waiting for my refund.
I need to purchase another phone but cannot until I receive my refund.
Bad experience and poor customer service.

I have to keep chasing and am still without a mobile phone and my money until Very get their act together?
All I wanted was an exchange but all I got was inconvenience.
I was not told it would take 21 days when I spoke to Very Customer Service and will now request a claim back from my payment provider.

HiQ Worcester booked a tyre fitting for Saturday between 12-12:30.
The buffoons close at 12:00!
Last time they didn't seal a tyre correctly.
Luckily ETB had equivalent in stock, cheaper and done the same day.

Poor service from Parcel2go.
Hermes failed to deliver parcel and I am still waiting for an update 5 days later.
Understand things go wrong but response is poor.

Delivery due 16th, doesn't arrive.
Driver turns up on 17th and expects signature before unloading goods.
Unloaded parcel, different address and recipient, my parcel not on van.
Tracking now states delivered 18th, no it wasn't.
I was at home all day, nobody called and 24 hours later still waiting for a response from XDP.
What a shower.
