Delivered to the wrong address
In spite of my having provided the eircode and address of where I wanted the parcel delivered to, it was instead sent to my home address, over an HOUR from where the item (a bulky one) needed to be delivered to. The delivery driver just dumped it on my doorstep, and I had to rely on the kindness of my neighbour to take the BULKY item into an adjoining apartment. The issue was not with the delivery company though - they had been given the WRONG address by Buy It Direct, which is inexcubable when I did everything right in providing the delivery details. Never again!
