Very bad company to deal with

When you make a change on their app to add your railcard it states the old price and the new price. In my case I paid £39.99 and after adding my railcard the price should have changed to £29. There was nothing to indicate anything otherwise, so when I confirmed my change I was shocked to find out that I would not be getting any refund whatsoever. So I contacted trainline to explain its a fault on their app and this is not stated anywhere and they refused to accommodate my request of returning my £10.99. Also I asked about cancelling my ticket but they would only refund me £29 rather than the £39.99 I paid. One of their advisors on the phone even outright lied to me and said they have a £10 admin fee which I know isn't the case and when I pulled him up on this he hung up on me. Very bad company to deal with and when I suggest they fix this on their app they refused to acknowledge the issue or even look into it purely because they don't want to refund my £10.99 which is of course nothing to them.
