Contemptibly slow claim follow up
My transatlatic flight was delayed for reasons obviously within BAs control. I filed a claim that was black and white and very straightforward. It took approx 6 weeks to get a response other than automatic "we're on the case" type rubbish. They then responded saying they would pay within 28 business days (which is outrageously slow!). 28 business days have been and gone and I've not received a penny. Rubbish.
