Zero stars WAYFAIR

Zero stars. I ordered things before were ok and I ordered a settee which I thought would come by 14 June. I didn't see the whole email saying it was being delivered 2. June as a toilet seat was first on the email id ordered ..I had to work that day and unknown it was being delivered I got a call from XDP saying that he was there with it , I'd not got the text in time to see 2 hour time slot I eventually found the tracking on the text and saw a booking date for redelivery 5 or 6 June I booked 5 and waited for confirmation nothing I rang Wayfair who weren't sure said they think it's coming it didn't I tried contacting XDP, not really customer based as industry based
I got no further all week, told Wayfair I want refund said when they get hold of settee I can. Absolutely ridiculous. I was paying by clearpay who are taking payments still. My bank refunded first payment to me but it's ongoing dispute. I went through Resolver and Wayfair said order locked, I have to ask bank for refunds etc. ?????WHAT KIND OF DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMERS IS LAST , I'm a full time carer for my Autistic mentally ill son , this kind of thing DOESN'T HELP
I have today got a new settee from Dunelm with top class service, advised me twice yesterday and twice today time of delivery. Very helpful people, clear and excellent service. UNLIKE UNCARING RUDE WAYFAIR WHERE IM WAITING FOR THEM TO ADVISE CLEARPAY TO STOP MY PAYMENTS AND RETURN MONEY TO CLEARPAY. I have contacted you numerous times and you need to give the refund, and reply to messages on Resolver
