My parcel got delivered to wrong…
My parcel got delivered to wrong address I phoned up to track the parcel and the female agent was extremely rude asking me to hurry up with tracking number as she had other calls to take I found this to be extremely rude and made out as if my call didn't matter her customer service was shocking and I will think twice when purchasing if it's ups that are the ones doing delivery it costs nothing to be nice ..yes everyone has a bad day but don't take it out on the customer.
