Dreadful service, very one sided care more about big money business than the actual complaint I was made out to be a liar by Mercedes and they obviously took the lying companies side.i certainly wouldn't use this service again.its exactly what it says on the tin DREADFUL!!

Dreadful customer service!!!
For 4 year using Mercedes for service.i had a 2 year plan then a 3 year plan. before taking out 3 year plan a gentleman from Edinburgh sales rep called me asking if I had plans for continuation of service plan I replied possibly.he asked for registration and once given Informed me my transmission service will be due and would cost £720 and if taking out a plan that it would be covered with plan so I did.but when I put in for service they said it won't be getting transmissions service done as last owner never kept up service history so there is brake in history.why was this not checked but just sold anyway so I was bumped out of service...Then for 4 years I had car serviced stating to service person DO NO DO UPDATES ON CAR it's had a remap and for 3 years they didn't but on year 4 they did updates and stated I never advised them not to I had my son with me who clearly heard me say DO NOT DO UPDATES but according to the service person from Coldstream I admitted over the phone that I forgot to advise them.what a dirty liar I took to ombudsman who obviously sided with big money business...so it looks like the customer is a liar and company is truthful according to ombudsman and Mercedes that put a lot of faith in using your services again Dreadful

DREADFUL SERVICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.!!..For 4 year I put car into Mercedes to be serviced and every year I tell them Do not do updates on my car it's had a remap and every year they don't do updates until year 4. I noticed straight away updates were done car was sluggish I contact Mercedes and they say Yes updates have been done so I said to them I always tell you no updates and service guy says you never told me.i said to him I tell you every year Do not do updates he said well you never told...so I contact ombudsman and the sided with the Big Money business stating that I agreed over the phone to Mercedes on this occasion that I failed to tell them about updates dirty liars a total blatant lie but instead of believing me then sided with the business no compromise disgusting service!!

Do not buy from them , my flx4 tempo fader went and I did a lot of back n forth fault fixing to try and last resort was send back for repair with pre paid postage not bad I thought !! Then I get email stating your controller is out of warranty and it will be £90 to inspect your controller and we will charge you more for delivery to send back too I contacted alpha who basically said it it’s out of warranty you have to pay …but surely one of the first things you would ask customer is ….do you still have warranty for controller before sending which I wasn’t aware of I thought warranty was 2 years not 1 year which is really shit for such a so called reputable company ….so customer service and support 0 =zero. after care discretion to at least offer some sort of discount for a one off repair but nothing and then asked for a link for complaint and have not heard from them since my advice buy from other competitor !!!

Do Not Buy Turkish Delight from Tk maxx!! we purchased it and my wife took it up to bed to eat and took a bite before realising it was full of maggots she was violently sick all over duvet. I contacted the manager in the store who was extremely supportive over situation and contacted head office, he then called me back stating head office will be in touch and they didn't, instead I contacted them via online chat and was offered £10 gift as a goodwill gesture which I refused instead I asked for duvet to be replaced and was told if you take a photo of duvet with sick and maggots on it I will give you £20 but that will be my final offer. I was extremely cross with this and asked for a manager to call me back and again no contact shocking!! So again I called them and the lady from head office was very apologetic and asked if I would upload photos of products which I did and she was clearly upset with images and said head office will deal with this promptly and will be in touch asap and j made it clear I wasn't after compensation but would like duvet replaced she said leave it with me and I will speak with supervisor and sort it out. So I waited and again no contact so I emailed again and got a response with an apology and offered me £40 good will gesture which I accepted reluctantly as all I wanted was a replacement duvet and a week later after accepting I have no gift card and no contact shocking very poor customer service from head office after such a horrendous experience.

Great company and products at a great price,also very inviting discount codes .the delivery is also fast and packed excellent we are returning customers and will continue to purchase again and again.

My parcel got delivered to wrong address I phoned up to track the parcel and the female agent was extremely rude asking me to hurry up with tracking number as she had other calls to take I found this to be extremely rude and made out as if my call didn't matter her customer service was shocking and I will think twice when purchasing if it's ups that are the ones doing delivery it costs nothing to be nice ..yes everyone has a bad day but don't take it out on the customer.

Received a shark cordless stick vacuum as a wedding gift and it came with free car detailing kit but the attachment is missing so I contacted customer service and they won't provide attachment with proof of purchase I even offered to pay for attachment but they want to sell me the whole kit poor customer service in my opinion and won't anything else from them I have 3 products from them and this is the last
