Excellent product in hand held Gtech. Our second one!
We also have an upright vacuum which we love. Despite having had a problem (faulty battery)with our first hand held and despite being out of warranty, customer services at GTech were so helpful and resolved the issue without quibble. We will certainly recommend GTech to friends and family. Thank you
