I am not amused with mountain warehouse…

I am not amused with mountain warehouse online store. I purchased a new jacket I paid £5.95 next day delivery charge. It didn’t turn up next day and I am still waiting for the jacket. I made sure I got the £5.95 delivery charge refunded and I asked the woman at mountain warehouse on the phone to keep me informed regarding the delivery date but she hasn’t got back to me. I hate that. Not very good communication skills. You can’t even got hold of Evri to enquire about the parcel unless you have the tracking number one evri sent me isn’t correct. This is a bloody joke mountain warehouse. My order number is M17017128. Sort it out mountain warehouse or I swear to god next thing I’ll be doing is requesting a full refund for the jacket and I’ll nothing more to do with you. If I do get the jacket I want another gesture of good will not the previous one of £5 but a more generous gesture of goodwill if you want my future custom which is looking very doubtful right now. Sort yourselves out mountain warehouses.

Well Abbie my posting just goes to show how companies have nothing but contempt for regular customers like me. When things go wrong the lack of after care customer service is practically non existent it’s coming to something when a customer feels they have to get on the phone to complain about the service and mountain warehouse feel an apology seems to cut it. If you as a company concentrated on providing a service to customers then you wouldn’t feel you have to apologise to the customer. Also I had to request a gesture of good will even ask for a 20 per cent gesture of goodwill. It’s an admission of failure on your part when you let the customer down. Suffice to say I have not still not received my jacket which I paid in full. What have you got to say now Abbie? Oh hang your only trustpilot team. How about you provide a service with an actual manager coming on here to reply and explain why I still haven’t got my jacket. All I get from mountain warehouse is we’re investigating it. Investigate all you want but it doesn’t get my jacket. Your time is running out I will be cancelling this and requesting a full refund if my jacket isn’t delivered and it will end badly for your company because if I do decide to buy anything else from your company you’ll have to bend over backwards to get my custom. So you keep on apologising Abbie because it doesn’t wash with me!!!!
Update I’m going to take it all back what I said about mountain warehouse. You have helped me a lot to get my replacement item today but let me give you a piece of advise ditch Evri they left my parcel in the pouring rain I just hope it’s not damaged also Evri couldn’t be bothered to put a note through my front door. Not even rung my ring door bell. How lazy is that. Only a brain less moron would leave the parcel in the rain not to mention not leaving a note and ringing door bell. Mountain warehouse seriously cancel your contract with Evri they don’t care if they provide this crap delivery service. There are more reputable reliable couriers who do actually provide a proper delivery service okay it might cost a bit more but using Evri to save you money mountain warehouse is not exactly providing a decent courier service to customers who do over the odds delivery charge like £5.95 which I paid. If you do ditch Evri and you use a more reputable delivery company you might find more people will buy of you. It’s a shame because mountain warehouse sell excellent products
