Common sense customer service

My son had a voucher for a driving experience which he thought was valid for one year, however, on checking it had a fixed expiry of May this year. I used the WhatsApp service to check with customer service to see if we could extend. It was out of the three month period but common sense was used and for a £20 fee we were able to extend. I didn’t mind paying that as the voucher was expensive and it would have meant losing it altogether otherwise. Boitumelo was very helpful and the whole thing took about 10 minutes. Very grateful!
