I’ve bought so many things from Dunelm, from soft furnishings to large furniture and lighting. Everything has been perfect and putting together furniture is so easy with their excellent instructions. I would recommend Dunelm every time. Online ordering and delivery was all perfect too!

No response to multiple emails, no order confirmation, no product. Scam. Scam. Scam. Annoyed with myself for not checking reviews first. Will be doing what I can to get my money back but not holding out much hope.

My son had a voucher for a driving experience which he thought was valid for one year, however, on checking it had a fixed expiry of May this year. I used the WhatsApp service to check with customer service to see if we could extend. It was out of the three month period but common sense was used and for a £20 fee we were able to extend. I didn’t mind paying that as the voucher was expensive and it would have meant losing it altogether otherwise. Boitumelo was very helpful and the whole thing took about 10 minutes. Very grateful!
