Error on my bill. Overcharge.

There is an error on my bill - DD of £150 omitted. It has proved impossible to speak to anyone. When I finally got through on the phone (after half an hour) the girl asked me to hold while she checked. 15 minutes later the call was disconnected. That's an hour I've wasted so far. The standard of customer service is shocking - since I was transferred w/o my permission from a brilliant smaller company, I have had nothing but aggravation. Determined to persevere, I managed to get through on the phone again after another 30min wait. This time I spoke to an Indian lady who I could hardly understand and I was on the phone for over an hour straining to hear what she was saying, but with no resolution. She seemed not to understand that two payments of £150 had been made and kept saying the bill was correct. I have escalated it to a complaint. FOUR HOURS wasted and an inordinate amount of stress!!!
