Bad customer service
Good ear plugs but they have snapped after 9 months of use. Website says they comes with a 2 year warranty but the buds coming apart aren’t covered. Useless
Update - loop have replied below saying it’s a 6 month warranty. The email I have from customer service says 2 years.
