The parcels don’t arrive??

Ordered on the 19th January. Evri said they would deliver on the 22nd January but it never came. After a week of trying to tell Desenio the parcel was missing they sent another parcel out. It’s now been 6 days and the tracking still hasn’t updated so I guess this parcel is lost too. It’s not even with Evri. Just keep getting AI responses. I want my order and I want compensation!!!

Do not trust

Had 11 sessions of hollywood and underarms. Would say I am still at 75% the same amount of hair when I started. Went for a review and they told me to pay for another course!!! This was after a period of me having one side of my bikini showing results and the other having no results as the woman forgot to do one side of me. Some sessions I would have barely any pain and I'm 99% sure if it because the power settings are too low. Give me my money back.

Bad customer service

Good ear plugs but they have snapped after 9 months of use. Website says they comes with a 2 year warranty but the buds coming apart aren’t covered. Useless

Update - loop have replied below saying it’s a 6 month warranty. The email I have from customer service says 2 years.

Poor quality
