I have sent a claim to Collison group since 8th September and not updates since them
I have sent a claim to Collison group in early september and they advised me via email on the 8th September that I could submit my supporting documentation to sustain my claim. I have sent all my documentation via email on the 13th September and they sent inmediatly an automatic reply saying to expect delays. Afte, 6 weeks, yesterday 1st November, I have decided to call them first by phone ( and attended several times by the same person suggesting he could not hear) and after I have attempted an email where another they provided me a link to send again my documentation which I have sent 6 weeks ago. I terrible disappointed by the level of service this company is providing to their customers.
