I still have not received my money back…

I still have not received my money back from this company even though my account was in credit by around £289.35. I hate that these companies can take your money, quit trading and then hold it indefinitely without any firm timeline to return. We aren’t allowed to just not pay for energy so why are you allowed to just not pay us back. Horrible. I feel trap in a non-transparent system. I am stuck between BG and Rebel and Rebel after weeks of sending me my final bill they still holding my money.

I wanted to create a pot for my daughters birthday

I wanted to create a pot for my daughter's birthday, as I did not want to get some many toys present, which basically increased consumerism and increased plastic pollution. so this is a great way to get everyone contributing to one cause.

The system for people to put money was simple, and the process to withdraw money was relatively simple, perhaps the first time they need identity checks, so it is slower than future times, I imagine.

I have sent a claim to Collison group since 8th September and not updates since them

I have sent a claim to Collison group in early september and they advised me via email on the 8th September that I could submit my supporting documentation to sustain my claim. I have sent all my documentation via email on the 13th September and they sent inmediatly an automatic reply saying to expect delays. Afte, 6 weeks, yesterday 1st November, I have decided to call them first by phone ( and attended several times by the same person suggesting he could not hear) and after I have attempted an email where another they provided me a link to send again my documentation which I have sent 6 weeks ago. I terrible disappointed by the level of service this company is providing to their customers.

Please avoid this company at any cost

Please avoid this company at any cost, I booked a round trip from London to Oslo at the end of March and my trip supposed to happened from the 22nd May until 3rd June with British Airways. BA cancelled my flights one week before my trip and mytrip suggested some other schedule which was not convenient for me, so I cancelled. When I cancelled, they warming with a 30£ fee for service charge, I complained because I did not received any service, the airline cancelled the flight, it was not me. Anyway, at the end I accepted. This conversation took place on 16th May 2022, I rebooked another flight and managed to get to Oslo and back, but I have still not received any refund. I can see in the status of my refund that the airline has returned my money to mytrip agency, but these people for more than 3 weeks, have kept my money with no update on when they expect to return back to me.
My order number for mytrip was LK3FG2.

I have bought a 2 days after test on…

I have bought a 2 days after test on the 29th November 2021 when I was returning from my trip in Oslo, The order number was #0003420730, (Booking Reference Numbers: RANDX4805309). My trip was on the 3rd December and I have waited for the test to arrive until 6th December, but the DPD said the test was returned to Ireland. I have submitted a few emails to the customer team on December 8th, December 22nd, I have received only the acknowledgment response, but not an actual answer from this company. It has been more than 5 weeks since that acknowledgment email; I have paid £48 for this test, I would like my money back. please send DM for email.
