Awful service!
I was happy when i had no queries & have been a good customer also pay early, upon receipt every time!
Then Studio cancelled an order (out of stock) for £15 in OCTOBER - I am still waiting credit.
Every time I contact them, they use a different name asking repeatedly the reason for credit & order number.
They're good at taking my money but it's a fight to get my own money back.
There is no human contact now, no phone number & no-one to speak to. Its awful.
If they don't credit my account in 10days I will be charged interest, yet they owe me!
I also bought an item for £8 & have a screenshot of the price... in the basket it was £8, but they say I've to pay full price of £18 as that's what I agreed at checkout. Every item is a sale price, so why is this full price? It's mis-selling & misleading having prices changing from selection to the confirmation!
I feel robbed! So when I receive my credits I'll be closing my account. There's lots of places to shop where the customer service resolve valid queries quickly, who don't steal your money!
