They tell lies!
I do not mind my parcel being delayed. Things happen. I do mind being lied to. My delivery was not attempted. I was here. I was sent a black picture to prove an attempt? Idiotic. Then I was told there was no safe place to leave the parcel. There is, but the driver would have actually have had to drive here to find this out. Which he didn’t. Then there is no way to contact Evri, which is quite clever actually, can you imagine how many complaints they would have to deal with if they gave out contact details that actually connected to a human! One or two of the drivers are great. Unfortunately the rest are absolutely useless, management cannot be much better as this company never seems to get any better.

The telephone number is automated with no ability to give any help at all.
The email contact is similarly useless.
Nice try to make Evri look helpful but they have failed miserably. Still no contact or parcel ! I will complain yet again to the supplier and will avoid in the future if at all possible.
