The easy way of selling was an advantage to me, didn't feel I got the true value of my car, phone calls found it difficult to understand what they were saying definitely a language barrier with 2 different persons.
The photos needed to take of car were ridiculous had to lie on ground to take photos of tyres, and sit on ground for pictures of the rest of car, don't think I will use motorway in the future as ended up with same price I was getting for trade in, alot more hassle.
