2nd parcel I've sent via Yodel in the past two weeks which has either gotten lost or take an age to get delivered. When things go wrong also very difficult to get answers as you can usually only speak to them via online chats snd their operatives aren't particularly helpful in resolving your issue. I am probably now going to pay a little extra and use a company with better service and reliability.
