Damaged runners

Bought two runners, Hoka Cielo x 1 and Superblast. Delighted with delivery and the communication is good. Part of the Hoka Cielo X1 sole came off at 7km which is obviously no good. Told them last week with loads of photos and still no agreement for replacement. They are blaming Hoka but to be honest I.just want new runners and don't care who is to blame. Its clear from the photos that the sole was not glued down properly so just get on with it and replace them.

Update: 365Rider are to be avoided at all costs. HOKA are saying they have nothing to do with replacement. 365Rider are saying it's on HOKA and now not replying to me. I have a runner that fell apart after a few km still not replaced. It's utterly infuriating

As soon as you informed us about the issue with your Hoka Cielo X1 shoes, we initiated the claim process with the manufacturer and communicated this to you. We are currently awaiting a response from the brand, and until we receive their response, we cannot proceed with the replacement. This process is beyond our control and depends on the manufacturer's response time.
