They hitched their wagon to An Post and its a disaster. Everything, now I mean everything, is days or weeks late. Makes ordering pointless. Amazon was already gone rubbish but .ie will be the death of them in Ireland. How they haven't pivoted to another delivery company is a complete mystery.
This is a straight up scam company and do not for one minute believe any positive reviews. So the website is designed to look like you are buying from the US or a European fulfillment centre. This is a cheap Chinese knock off company. The cheapest of the cheap crap. I am normally really careful and look at trustpilot but I read the 'About' section on their site and stupidly believed it. To be fair there are not too many scam companies like this. So I ordered on 8th December. Not dispatched until 17th though said had. Arrived about a month after ordering and the shoes were not leather. They were cheap plastic. Awful smelling, in a plastic bag and damaged. I contacted the company and got three options. 15% back, send back with a veiled threat this would cost me 50 quid or a one time replacement for something else. I opted for something else as I had already made a mess of it so might as well get some crap cardigan. They then said no while we said different item we did not mean that. They want you to choose the 15% and rob the 85%. All joking aside Chinese commercial officials need to raid this company. Scams like this are making people increasingly move away from Chinese goods. I know I will never be so stupid again.

Item ordered and they said dispatched 28th December. Almost immediately said thanks for the returned item and will refund. They hadn't dispatched never mind us returning. They refund WITHOUT shipping costs. A scam and a half.
We bought an Indesit dishwasher a few years ago- about 5 or less. It broke and when I rang it was just out of warranty. They encouraged me to buy insurance off Domestic and General and they then fixed it in about June 24. It broke again a year later and they fixed it. I didn't continue the warranty as I would now have paid the same price as the machine originally cost and the machine broke again with the exact same problem with the control panel. That means either they didn't replace the control panel 4 months ago as agreed or they did replace it and it broke again 4 months later. I previously had a Hotpoint and that also broke after about 5 years. Same company basically... I now have the device turned off at the fuse box as it keeps turning itself on and off beeping manically so its probably not safe.

Newer colour Alphafly 3s at very decent price. Extremely quick delivery as in about 5 days and arrived 2 days earlier than initially emailed. Well packaged and yep will be using this company again.
Delivery time is ludicrous. Ordered 5th. Not processed until 8th, and here is the hilarious bit, not collected by courier until 11th. Its now the 20th and still not here. Apparently out for delivery today 19th but unsurprisingly didn't arrive. They are trying to do delivery on the cheap which is fine but an item within Europe may take weeks. People travelled across Europe in the 19th century quicker than that. Edit: arrived on the 20th which is 15 days after order. Not the end of the world but that seems very long. Price was good though so there is that

Bought two runners, Hoka Cielo x 1 and Superblast. Delighted with delivery and the communication is good. Part of the Hoka Cielo X1 sole came off at 7km which is obviously no good. Told them last week with loads of photos and still no agreement for replacement. They are blaming Hoka but to be honest I.just want new runners and don't care who is to blame. Its clear from the photos that the sole was not glued down properly so just get on with it and replace them.
Update: 365Rider are to be avoided at all costs. HOKA are saying they have nothing to do with replacement. 365Rider are saying it's on HOKA and now not replying to me. I have a runner that fell apart after a few km still not replaced. It's utterly infuriating

Bought a duel fuel Professional + 100FX and it's been a revelation. Had a Waterford oven before and paid the usual eye watering amount and it never really worked that well. I didn't realise how rubbish it was until I got the rangemaster. It heats up quickly and really holds that heat. It's incredibly well sealed so you get that blast of heat and vapor when opening it. I have had to get used to food cooking properly and as quickly as the cookbook says it will. A great buy. Someone told me the original Waterfords were made by rangemaster. It was so rubbish I don't believe it.
Bought a rangemaster cooker a few months ago and both the delivery and item are excellent. In terms of delivery took about three weeks. Missed the Friday delivery and I wasn't going to be around the following week so arranged for the delivery company to hold it for a few days. No problem there. Delivered to the door. I knew that an item that size would be left at the door and they were still concerned but I was prepared as knew it would only get into the house with the packaging removed. Qh3n removed I then arranged by email for the old cooker to be collected for free. All very painless. The cooker itself is brilliant!

Was a tiny bit dubious but reviews on here made me less fearful. Ordered a 2 in 1 Dell laptop worth probably 1500 and paid 350. Was prepared for it to be slightly used but it is like new. Now I mean new without one mark on it. Delighted!! In terms of delivery Refurbed use other suppliers which I was unaware of so it actually came from a company Vedion in Poland. When being dispatched I got notification and thought the wrong device was being sent. Within a short time as in within the hour refurbed and vedion had confirmed it was the correct device. Great service all round. Have tested the device and it is great
The package is sitting in their depot since Thursday and it is now Monday. That is the main depot as it hasnt even made it near distributon. A birthday has passed and I think the worst part is when I rang last Friday the person on the phone told me a) no I couldn't collect it b) they had only received it Thursday so it would be Monday/Tuesday at the earliest. Whatever happens from here a parcel that in the normal course of things takes 5/6 days to move within the country is a disaster. Actually overall it will be 12 days since I ordered the item. They might be cheap but it's not worth the delays.
Edit: delivered early Monday so I pulled the negative review trigger a bit too early

I ordered a rare enough book at a decent price from the Netherlands from a place called Antiquariaat Frans Melk and was a bit dubious as I looked at the reviews of AbeBooks on here after ordering. The delivery date was between 4 and 60 working days so the actual delivery date was Oct 2020. Was a bit worried but lo and behold it was posted by Antiquariaat Frans Melk within a few days and arrived about a week after ordering. Wrapped well and a very decent buy
