A refund arrived, eventually
After 16 days and 2 nehative reviews left on trustpilot, I have finally received the refund...for the products that I had not requested.
I appreciate the refund, but wonder why it took so much time ..on your part, and effort on my part to get this over the line.

Thanks for sharing that you requested a refund for the purchase and you are still waiting for it. Let us inform you that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to be returned (depending on your bank).
