Pick up from the airport in Lisbon was really clear and convenient. The process on arrival at the Klass Wagen centre was also very clear and you knew where you were in the line which was really helpful. The member of staff was great and efficient, processing my documents quickly. The car was clean and then returns process and transfer back to the airport was great. I would use Klass Wagen again.
