Followed up my order after a week of no shipping update, fast response however no shipping update, ignored my request to cancel order then sent me a fake Royal Mail tracking code attached to the wrong post code.

Item has not arrived after two months. I made a chargeback via my bank.

Pick up from the airport in Lisbon was really clear and convenient. The process on arrival at the Klass Wagen centre was also very clear and you knew where you were in the line which was really helpful. The member of staff was great and efficient, processing my documents quickly. The car was clean and then returns process and transfer back to the airport was great. I would use Klass Wagen again.

Melissa has been really communicative throughout the process - as first time buyers it's been really reassuring. She's shared our excitement - and our disappointment when things haven't gone to plan and has helped talk us through some of the finer details when we weren't sure.
