Had to contact Snooper recently to report a corrupted SD card. Spoke with Bhairav Mane who was clearly understood the problem I was having with my My Speed XL device, advised of the purchase price of a replacement card, as well as the £15 refund on sending back the damaged card. Smooth transition for both arrival of new card as well as £15 refund to credit card. Excellent service.
