Nightmare support

Everything is ok until you try to withdraw funds , verify a payment or contact support.

I have been trying to verify my payment cards for a week now and I keep getting different responses from live chat as my bank account only has numberless cards so I was asked to send a screenshot of payments made to 212 which I did but again it was not accepted , each support agent tells me something different and there is normally 24 hours in between each message and then when they do finally reply it is a different person .

The payment method verification was added because we must comply with anti-money laundering regulations. If you have multiple payment methods saved in the account, then all of them must be verified before you can withdraw freely to a specific one.

Cards can be verified either with photos of both sides (if that’s a physical card) or a bank statement. The statement has to include the last 4 digits or a transaction made with it to Trading 212. As for the bank accounts, we can use a PDF statement downloaded from the banking app. Since your case remains unresolved, please provide us with the reference number and we’ll gladly assist.
