Always brilliant service at Inpost , it’s great you can actually talk to someone when there is an issue , one thing that would make them even better is to be able to send Yodel packages via lockers

By far the worst online marketplace by far , there is a new scam going on where buyers are saying an item is counterfeit when they receive it , Vinted then takes side of the buyer and refunds them and allows them to keep the item , this has now happened twice to us and now our account has been banned , reading online forums this seems to be something which is now happening to a lot of people, the items sold were literally my daughters trainers so not even designer items and were 100% genuine and sales proof was supplied but you are only talking to bots at Vinted so you get nowhere

Misleading advertising for Black Friday deal, offering special prices but when you go to place booking it has a countdown timer to tell you to book in 3 hours yet they don’t give you the offer , I contacted customer services and they spoke to me like I was an idiot and no apology for their false advertising to reel you in to their site .

Everything is ok until you try to withdraw funds , verify a payment or contact support.
I have been trying to verify my payment cards for a week now and I keep getting different responses from live chat as my bank account only has numberless cards so I was asked to send a screenshot of payments made to 212 which I did but again it was not accepted , each support agent tells me something different and there is normally 24 hours in between each message and then when they do finally reply it is a different person .

The payment method verification was added because we must comply with anti-money laundering regulations. If you have multiple payment methods saved in the account, then all of them must be verified before you can withdraw freely to a specific one.
Cards can be verified either with photos of both sides (if that’s a physical card) or a bank statement. The statement has to include the last 4 digits or a transaction made with it to Trading 212. As for the bank accounts, we can use a PDF statement downloaded from the banking app. Since your case remains unresolved, please provide us with the reference number and we’ll gladly assist.

Advertising my car was easy however the experience afterwards was not good. I sold my car in the daily sale to Big Motoring World but after 5 days I had no contact from them so I then put my car into another sale , the other sale took place and again Big motoring world were the highest bidder and yet again 8 days on I have had no contact from them and I am now at risk of losing the car I have purchased along with my deposit.
UPDATE: Car now finally collected, however the buyer (Big Motoring World) and Motorway both initially said it was not up to them to arrange collection, in the end it turned out to be Motorway that was supposed to arrange the collection. Collection went smoothly, be it happening at 5pm on a Friday and was at risk of payment not reaching however it did by 5.35pm so all turned out OK although would of preferred the process to be smoother.

We expect buyers to be in contact within two working days from the point that your documentation has been verified, with collection taking place shortly thereafter. Having looked into this for you, it is clear that the buyer did not reach out to you within an acceptable time frame and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please rest assured that we will be raising this feedback directly with the buyer to ensure they are aware of and aligned with Motorway’s expectations. Regarding the lack of contact after they had placed the winning bid on your vehicle for the second time, this was because they had opted for Motorway to reach out to you directly on their behalf in order to arrange the collection and payment for your vehicle, which we can see did go ahead as planned.
With regards to the deposit you had placed on a new vehicle prior to collection taking place, we are not responsible for any financial decisions you may make outside of your sale with us, and in general, we would not recommend solely relying on the outcome of a conditional sale to fund large pre-planned outlays at such short notice.
Nevertheless, whilst it is of course regrettable that your experience was not more in line with our usual high standards of customer satisfaction, we are pleased that you were ultimately able to sell your vehicle, and we wish you all the best going forward.

Sadly the flowers did not meet expectations,they looked as if had been bought at a local garage and most certainly not worth the money paid.
Will not be using this company again.
