You can’t avoid the Smel
This company recently changed their name and livery. The fragrances they sell have also changed, with a significant drop in the potency of their products. No longer wanting to receive further emails from them I unsubscribed. To get around this, they have resorted to sending SMS messages instead. Not the value of customer relations one should aspire to. (Incidentally, text in STOP does nothing).
