Just received there copy of Baccarat Rouge 540, the real one sells at £350 a bottle and yes I've bought it a few times. This smells absolutely nothing like it, this smells like a really cheap £10 aftershave and
nothing more, the 3 free 5ml samples they send with it are just as dreadful. Seriously do not buy this absolute rubbish unless you want a ride in a nursing home.

Not what they were. Fragrances have changed significantly from accurate dupes. Customer service also clearly AI based. Avoid. I’ve switched to another dupe provider.

I have used the company in the past with no issue.

I have made a recent order with them over 2 weeks ago. I didn’t get it. I have emailed them several times and air silence.

It’s like they just went bust.

Ordered 18.07.25. Heard nothing for days and EVRI 48 hour delivery currently stuck on 20.07.25 saying they are trying to resolve the issues their end. 1 useless chocolate teapot email from SMEL and no refund and no product. Don’t waste your time or money.

Lovely company, they smell amazing! so much better that other companys that sell similar sort of thing.

Ordered 4 bottles which have not arrived.
Tried to email but keep getting and overly apologetic email that doesn’t address the problem.
Have used this company many many times before but will not use again. No parcel and refuse to give me a refund - will have to contact my card company for a refund

AVOID - so disappointed and annoyed as I’ve always been happy with my purchases in the past

Parcel never sent and reluctant to give a refund. Every email is replied to by AI being overly apologetic but not addressing the issue. Time spent trying to sort out this order could have paid for the real thing. Still no refund or parcel 4 weeks after order.

48 hours delivery is not doable for them. I am already waiting more than 12 days. The only explanation from them is there was a problem with your order. Nothing more than this. Highly dissapointed. Not recommending to anyone.

Bought a bundle of 3 for my wife and I.

Aventus for Men, Aventus for Women and Sauvage for Men.
Firstly, the Aventus for Her perfume my 7 and 8-year-old children have asked why my wife smells of beer when she wears it, which is quite alarming.

The Aventus for Him cologne, which I purchased for myself, barely lasts an hour when I spray it. Over the past week, I've used half the bottle trying to make it last longer, but it doesn't even cling to my clothes, which is rather disappointing.

The Sauvage fragrance smells incredibly powdery and, once again, doesn't last long at all.

Contacted SMEL directly to try and find a solution but that basically consisted of a product return wherby the product had only a couple of sprays used.

Wouldn't use this company again and do not recommend at all.

Tried those fragrances after hearing good things. Some scents are spot on and last well, but other didnt quite hit the mark for me, they faded too quickly. The price is decent so not a huge loss, but I was hoping for a bit more consistency. Not totally convinced.

This company recently changed their name and livery. The fragrances they sell have also changed, with a significant drop in the potency of their products. No longer wanting to receive further emails from them I unsubscribed. To get around this, they have resorted to sending SMS messages instead. Not the value of customer relations one should aspire to. (Incidentally, text in STOP does nothing).

Placed an order over two weeks ago now with Smel - new name - totally unacceptable still no perfume, they keep saying that there is a problem with their shipping and asked me to wait - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They asked me to wait over two weeks and if the perfume still had not turned up they would send it again , now they are still saying to wait - totally rubbish customer service.

Had a few bottles from this site and the first few seemed absolutely brilliant couldn’t fault them and even recommended to family and friends. Especially the baccarat rouge copy but then after ordering another bottle it seems a lot weaker so am unsure whether to try again for this scent in particular. But ordered a miss Dior copy and that one is lovely

Ordered from “Smel” as they’re called now. Perfume didn’t smell at all like it was described, tried to return and was unable to find a courier company who would accept it. Smel were no help until I opened a case in PayPal and showed screen shots. I truly believe if I hadn’t bought via PayPal that this company would not have bothered to help or give me a refund. Fragrance was vile. Do not recommend.

They are now called smel and I will never order from.them again. Ordered 3 bottles and only 2 was delivered. Sent emails, no response. That's a rip off, got no value for money.

Used this company many times for 540 always been fantastic however the last bottles they sent was 50ml instead of 100ml and no response to several emails well I have just ordered from your competitors maybe you should sort out your customer service

Purchased two fragrances for my husband which arrived promptly. Disappointed that one of the atomisers did not work. I contacted Copycat via website and had a reply within 24hrs and replacement sent. Excellent customer services and purchases of 13 and Grey are great copycat smells and last. Occasionally things go wrong but you can’t fault service like I had. Thank you

Prompt order and delivery process. Fragrance really good and long lasting

I bought their Angel Nova, tried it yesterday.It was a lovely scent however despite doing all the tricks to hold perfume scent, the scent faded like a memory after a wee 3 hours.. i sprayed some more on my perfume points, giving it a fighting chance, and i woke up this morning with smell all gone. Got a bit sad on that one. I got the bottle on sale probably why idk
