Very poor service

I frequently check the delivery schedule this morning, which shows the time as between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. today. However, the delivery was attempted much earlier, and I missed it. I have no idea why the online tracker, especially for the scheduled time slot, is not accurate or adjustable. It makes no sense!
