Very poor service

I sent an email to cancel my Vehicle Finance Claim, but I never received a response. The phone number provided is also ineffective, as no one answers the calls. They simply instruct you to email them, yet no one responds there either. Overall, this has been a very poor customer experience.

Biased information from the website

I am a frequent customer of END. While it remains competitive compared to other websites and retailers, its service, especially the accuracy of the item listings online, is often unsatisfactory. For example, many A.P.C sale items appear as "out of stock" only after they are clicked on. If these items are unavailable, why does END still list them? Please update your website more frequently and check it regularly to ensure accuracy.

Very poor service

I frequently check the delivery schedule this morning, which shows the time as between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. today. However, the delivery was attempted much earlier, and I missed it. I have no idea why the online tracker, especially for the scheduled time slot, is not accurate or adjustable. It makes no sense!

Very poor service

Asked them to replace bulbs of lights in the parking area 21 days ago, and the issue was still unsolved. If this is the case, why shall I have to make the monthly payment?! 21 days for replacing the bulbs! Can you imagine that?

My fiancé and I visited Sushimania…

My fiancé and I visited Sushimania Nottingham this afternoon for the bottomless option, which includes a time limitation. After waiting for approximately 40 minutes, we were shocked to discover that the sushi and sashimi we ordered had not been served at all. I have a suggestion for the restaurant: if you cannot afford the costs associated with offering a bottomless option, it is better to discontinue this service. Do not waste your customer's time!! Very poor service!

Poor customer service - Refund process

Returned the vacuum without using it, while the refund is absolutely missing even after 14 days. Called the relevant team but no one answered the phone. Finish the online chat twice, but nothing changed. The staff there just let you know that they would report it to the refund team and an email would be sent. My concern is that since there exists a team dealing with the refund, why the customer cannot contact the team directly? Why VAX holds the refund for more than 14 days, which should be paid back to customers within 14 days? Very disappointed with this company. Since there was no "zero" star, one star has to be given as a bonus.
