Insulting
I booked to go from Bath to Telford at 14.38 on December 2nd. I was issued with tickets for the wrong time - 16. 28pm . I definitely wouldn’t have booked for this time. When I tried to change it or ask for a refund I was allocated £1.25 refund on a ticket costing £29. I find that appalling. Basically theft. I have used train line a lot in the past, but recently I’ve noticed that it’s got more confusing and difficult to work out. Couldn’t find a number to ring to ask about the refund. I seem to remember they charged £10 in the past to change it. Bad enough but this £1.25 was insulting . Especially as it was some technological fault. Had to pay for a new ticket.
