I booked to go from Bath to Telford at 14.38 on December 2nd. I was issued with tickets for the wrong time - 16. 28pm . I definitely wouldn’t have booked for this time. When I tried to change it or ask for a refund I was allocated £1.25 refund on a ticket costing £29. I find that appalling. Basically theft. I have used train line a lot in the past, but recently I’ve noticed that it’s got more confusing and difficult to work out. Couldn’t find a number to ring to ask about the refund. I seem to remember they charged £10 in the past to change it. Bad enough but this £1.25 was insulting . Especially as it was some technological fault. Had to pay for a new ticket.

A friend had been given a Roka back pack which I greatly admired and so I found your site and I ordered two bags - a Kennington Creative Waste bag and a Paddington D small round bag.
It was easy to order them and they arrived quickly, well packed and really beautifully made. Strong, well designed and great colours.
The Kennington is just right for me. I am very happy with it and its zipped pockets. Wonderful.
The Paddington D round bag was also very stylish and a lovely colour, but I got into a muddle with the strap and decided it wasn't quite right for me. You directed me to the information for returns and I was able to understand how to get a return label even if I didn't have a printer. Very helpful. So now the Paddington is on its way back and I am sporting the Kennington. Thank you.

Very easy to arrange an easy access savings account with Oxbury. I did have a small problem, but it sorted itself out. Really friendly and helpful staff.

I opened a savings account on line with Atom. It was really fast to set up and also straight forward. I felt it was friendly and helpful and clear about what I needed to do and what they were doing.
I can look at my account very easily through the app. With other accounts I've often had trouble with passwords being changed and being shut out of my account sometimes. Atom is so much easy to deal with.

A tracker so that I could see how close the delivery man was. He was on time and friendly.

There was a bit of a problem with the Hush Puppies as I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I needed them urgently as I was travelling abroad and the very helpful member of staff I contacted M facilitated a new pair being sent to me in time for my journey. I returned the first pair and received a refund. It worked well. Thank you. The HPs are very comfortable and good for travelling.

I ordered the currency on line and collected it from Eurochange in Bath.
It was a very fast transaction. The money was ready the same day and was counted out in various denominations by the lady who served me.

Of course, unless I need to make a claim, I won't know how satisfactory the policy is, but let's hope I don't have to!

I sent flowers to my family in Australia - Sydney- for 19th October.
