I left a bad review yesterday because of a mishap with an order; there was a lot involved that I won’t go into here but the owner of the company reached out to me and was so apologetic. He was truely very lovely and admitted there was a problem that was mishandled. He was totally honest and up front. I feel really bad about my first review now as the owner went all out to rectify the issue and make good on it. I really appreciate the way he reached out to me. His follow up customer service was outstanding to say the least and I am really looking forward to receiving my order now.
