I was reluctant to purchase at first because of some bad reviews of customer service but I bought it and it arrived quickly, all pieces intact. It was fiddly to attach to our ancient faucet, not a problem with the unit, it’s our sink and tap which is a shallow sink so the unit takes up a lot of room and I can’t even fit a water bottle under it to fill up but as I said that’s not a flowpure issue but I still think it’s worth mentioning. Having said all that, I am still really glad I bought it as after just one night using it the cartridge has a slight brown tinge to it so it’s collecting God knows what gunk out of our water. I’ll just work around the space issue but it’s definitely well worth keeping attached. I hope customer service support will be good when I purchase new filters. I wish I could post a photo to show how much it has changed colour just in one night!

Does not deserve 1 star even! I have a disability which results in chronic pain and purchased a particular plush mattress from Sleeping Giant. I was told in the Tuggerah store by the sales assistant to “choose the Ultra Lux Extra Comfort as other less expensive mattress models would not be ready until March. Being that I cannot bear to sleep in pain that long I chose the recommended mattress and paid extra for it. My order was supposed to be delivered on 30/1/25, they did deliver a mattress and when they left I discovered it wasn’t the mattress I paid for. I contacted them immediately to tell them they delivered the wrong mattress and just got fobbed off all day until I finally got hold of one of the customer service agents at their St Marys factory; she assured me that my correct mattress would be delivered this Thursday 6/2/25. Today I received emails from another staff telling me my mattress won’t be available until the end of March with no given date for delivery. They expect me to sleep in pain until then as they’ve taken my old mattress away and left me with the wrong harder mattress. If I had known all of this prior to purchase I would have gone elsewhere or chosen a different mattress. I feel they have taken my money for something they cannot provide. I was finally given a date of 5th of March, now they say April…no confirmed date. Their website reviews show recent 5 stars on delivery so obviously that’s fake as they keep telling me they have no stock. I have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading.

I was dubious about buying from this chemist online due to previous bad reviews so I just decided to purchase one small thing as I couldn’t get it anywhere else, I did want to buy multiples but thought I’d test the site out first. Excellent company to buy work boots from. Got them for a cheaper price and posted out immediately! Asked them to resend the invoice today (I accidentally deleted it) and they did it straight away. I love a good company that is this responsive. I will be purchasing from them again 😊

Great company to deal with! They stand by their products even when warranty expired they still replaced my first fridge as a sign of good faith! I have since purchased 2 more for travel.

I left a bad review yesterday because of a mishap with an order; there was a lot involved that I won’t go into here but the owner of the company reached out to me and was so apologetic. He was truely very lovely and admitted there was a problem that was mishandled. He was totally honest and up front. I feel really bad about my first review now as the owner went all out to rectify the issue and make good on it. I really appreciate the way he reached out to me. His follow up customer service was outstanding to say the least and I am really looking forward to receiving my order now.

The hydration salt is an Excellent product! I’m very impressed with this and love that it’s tasteless and not flavoured, it is also better value than other brands. I will be a return customer for sure! Great customer service keeping me informed along the way of my delivery and super fast postage! Excellent company to deal with, thank you!

This is so important in my life! I had one of these power banks previously which lasted many years so naturally I wanted to replace it with the same. Customer service was amazing and I was kept up to date with every step of postage and delivery. It was so easy to deal with an issue I had and I as resolved quickly and without stress by the customer service agent.

I absolutely love this product and am so happy I found it. I have psoriasis in my nails so without a manicure they are rough, brittle and catch on the threads of everything I wear but since using GLAMRDIP I no longer have that problem. It’s so easy to use and my nails are so hard. It’s hands down the best home nail products I’ve ever used and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it! I’m going to save so much money now I have this 🥰

Don’t buy this card! I have a $100 balance and have tried to use it so many times but failed. It will run out on 31/12/23 and I have asked them to kindly extend the expiry date due to the troubles I’ve had with it but they won’t. Dreadful customer service, dreadful gift card, dreadful service. Save your money. They now have $100 of my friends money that I cannot use on the gift card, kind of theft don’t you think?

Great product. Unique. Good company to deal with, they keep you informed at every step in the postal process. I would buy from this company again. They have some really nice, unique gifts too.

Great deals, quality treatments and good customer service. I’m mature age and I always feel comfortable with the girls in there. Some places you can feel awkward but the girls at Evolution make you feel just as valued as the younger clients

Do they get paid to do reviews? I bought a Mifo Walkable vacuum based on Lonely Brands glowing review of both the product and company…BIG MISTAKE! Nothing short of a nightmare to deal with! The walkabout vacuum failed within a week of purchase and I had to go through so much ridiculous rigmarole to return it at a cost to myself (after paying $400 for the vac! They received it two weeks ago and no communication unless I contact them. Now they are telling me there’s a back order (despite them still selling them on their website.) Lonely Brand have recommended this Mifo company which are nothing short of shonky to say the least so I’m very dubious about their reviews now. Go elsewhere for a review.

I placed 3 orders on the Estée Lauder site through the cash back platform. The first one was for 12% cash back and I spent over $160 but it has not shown up in my cash back account but the following two orders did show up when the cash back was back to 7%. Makes me think it was a Black Friday con

I am so happy that I found this company, I had been searching for a mobile massage therapist for some time as I had a lot of injury and illness and it’s such a chore to go out to get a massage and then have to travel home which would invariably undo all that relaxation. I found Blys online and have now had 4 home visits, the past two visits were from a therapist named Grace, she is so highly skilled and knowledgeable, especially concerning my injuries and issues with my lymphatic system. I think Blys is a terrific business venture and being able to have a massage therapist come to your own home means you get to enjoy the full benefit of relaxation without having to rush off anywhere afterwards.

Purchased a 60ltr kings fridge with cover and fridge thermometer. Delivered super quick. We just took it away for 4 days and it worked very well, very handy to have in addition to our caravan fridge. We use the kings fridge for all our drinks and dairy which frees up space in the main van fridge. I’ve purchased other items from 4WD super centre in the past and never had a problem with them, once I purchased an item that was obviously broken during transit so contact 4WD Super centre and they sent a replacement product without delay and no hassles. With the fridge you can use it as a fridge or freezer.

Great company to deal with, smooth, fast and efficient transaction. Ordered online and received product 2 days later. I had been with another online company for a while but following some rude customer service decided to look elsewhere and found this company. Not only are they good to deal with but a bit cheaper in cost compared to the other company also. I need to have scripts filled every couple of months so am very happy to return as everything was just so easy and stress free.
