I am sorry to hear you feel the Customer Service is dreadful, after reviewing your account I can see you haven't needed to contact us since July, at which time your call was answered promptly and the query was resolved.

Your deliveries have been consistent and timely. If you wish to contact us to discuss the reasons you feel our service is dreadful please don't hesitate. We are happy to discuss options with you if you wish to find a new LPG supplier.
