Jack was brilliant. He was helpful, pleasant and went the extra mile. Go Outdoors must look after this colleague as he deserves to go far.
The shop was clean and fully stocked - all staff seemed very pleasant.
It was a nice change to go into a shop that felt positive and that the staff were happy to be there and all keen to assist.
