Being somewhat of a technophobe I spent a sleepless night t trying to sort my new car insurance. Once I spoke to Courtney she was great. She understood the problem immediately and put my mind at rest. She had clarified things within five minutes. This is for Courtney’s service. The company should consider an alternative means of communication. I realise you are an on-line company however there is nothing like a friendly voice on the end of a phone. This does not detract from Courtney’s service today.
