Fibre from pole install to 2nd floor tenement flat. Had texts, robocalls etc confirming date and time in the two weeks leading up to install giving plenty of opportunity to cancel or change had that been required. James turned up exactly when he was due, he was extremely respectful of my property from the outset and throughout. He took time to fully describe what he needed to do, discussing options for siting the two boxes and cable runs. The install required several runs up and down from flat to pole and then up the pole for James he did all this efficiently with good humour until he was satisfied with the quality of signal. He was in the property for around 2.5 hrs not including time he was working on the external bits and he never stopped not even one cup of tea , I did offer obviously. Really outstanding and quality work.
