The engineers set up the system in one day, but we had to wait until we had bought an ethernet cable the next day. It was not supplied. We are using it but have to use our old remote control to adjust the volume. We were supposed to have support and guidance to set it up but this was not forthcoming.

There was no confusion around booking the job. Excellent confirmation of the date & time of the engineers visit. Clear & concise information about what exactly would happen during the visit. Several reminders about the visit with opportunities to change the date if unsuitable. The equipment arrived on time. The engineer came when he should, was very good at his job, communicated very well & left the job successfully completed with me fully understanding what was what. An excellent experience for me. I am impressed & grateful to everyone involved, thank you.

Lewis the engineer was brilliant and did all he could do and kept me updated. Unfortunately the instalation took from 10.30 am to 5pm to complete no where close to the 3 hours given in the information I received from Open Reach.

The engineer was very professional and talked me through what needed doing.

Engineer was great and quick but put a big scrape my wall paper.

Nice lad but it would have been better if he pointed out he made a mistake rather than leaving me to find it.

I knew exactly what to expect on the day due to the emails I received and also the video i watched

Well openreach came today to set up broadband fibre optic, but after putting the box in the front room, they realised that the pole outside has nothing to connect the fibre up to, so have to wait till they decide to update the pole, bit of a joke that Vodafone offer these services that they know nothing about might have to cancel and go elsewhere not a good show for Vodafone not a good service from the start go elsewhere people don't be caught out like me

Only operational for a short time but fine so far

Damaged my property during installation. My contract is with plusnet they are now trying to get me to clsim for the damages via their subcontractor. Unfortunaty this is not how it works llusnet need to accept responsibility

following your survey of our property we were asked to sign further works regarding cable installation. We were not happy with the route suggested on the photos of our driveway.
We requested several times for someone from your Company to call us to discuss the installation but no responses were received
We therefore cancelled our order

Had a very positive experience with Openreach installing fibre broadband. Good communication, polite, efficient and respectful at the property ie clean and tidy.

Today had change to EE. A bit hesitant as I’m a 85 pensioner but absolutely fantastic liaison from both EE and Openreach . Would strongly recommend them to all a really great combination.

Installation carried out not agreed date but appears as he was passing .This meant without any chance of consultation as to where or how the rework to be located it was installed exactly how we didn’t want it .Absolutely no consideration to the appearance of work carried out just quickest wham bam ! Done.

Very poor. Swapped to EE from Virgin. Worked carried out by EE in my absence. Installed equipment in the wrong location. Left us with no broadband or wifi at our property. Have raised a complain to EE for rectification

I had an engineer come out as I changed over company’s. The engineer Jerome was amazing, patient with our concierge who didn’t know what key he needed to get into our cupboard ( new build). Very friendly, professional and tidy and didn’t leave until I was up and running. Hard to find nowadays.

Terrible experience - Kelly Communications were good, it was Open Reach/BT that were terrible - upgrade to full fibre on the Friday and open reach line 2 (faults) were unable to get it working, they eventually got it to work on the following Wednesday lunchtime, so I had been without Internet and TV since the Friday - I had to take leave as I couldn't work. I rang BT so many times from the Friday afternoon right through to the Tuesday, they sent an engineer on the Monday who couldn't fix it. I have put a complaint in, nobody has contacted me and then I get a text to say my complaint is closed, terrible, terrible service - do not move off your copper connection!
