The first time I contacted Ova today I was greeted by a gentleman who hadn't a clue.
I wanted to cancel a contract which I had taken out and had second thoughts. He assured me the contract had been cancelled and I would be back on my old contract...instead he put me on a contract which used an electric thermostat of some description which I didn't want.
So I had to contact ova again to cancel that.
