No matter what i do, including reading and following insrtuctions my EMS FOOT MASSARGER Will not work.
It chargers up and all the buttons function but it will not vibrate at all......waste of money
Should have bought a more reputable machine....this one is going in the dustbin!

The first time I contacted Ova today I was greeted by a gentleman who hadn't a clue.
I wanted to cancel a contract which I had taken out and had second thoughts. He assured me the contract had been cancelled and I would be back on my old contract...instead he put me on a contract which used an electric thermostat of some description which I didn't want.
So I had to contact ova again to cancel that.

The fault with my washing machine was out of the parameters of my policy, yet I was charged £30 just to be told there was nothing to be done by homeserve.
Obviously I won't be renewing the policy in future and won't be using homeserve anymore when my policy expires.

I am sorry to see the issue was not covered on this occasion, I can see after investigation by the engineer the fault is with the washing machine and not the pipework leading to it.
Because of this we have refunded the excess on this occasion, the funds will be returned to your account.
