My order was misdelivered and I opened a claim with them, provided the Royal Mail reference number and 3 days later, without emailing me for anything further they closed the investigation and told me they will not assist as it had been delivered. To the wrong person.
Royal Mail has insurance to cover this and yet they've refused to replace or refund my order.
Edit: I dislike that I had to come to a public platform to get a resolution; however, if/when I receive the refund, I will ammend my review.
Again, I'd like to reiterate that Royal mail have confirmed over a recorded line that they will refund you (Dressinn) as they did not deliver it to me, please use the reference number I provided in the original support ticket.
