Revision review for Free to be Mobility
It was last year but the company has asked me to review my review as the first one was not very complimentary. I thought I had after the problems were resolved, but I will add this. My electric wheelchair had a defective power cable and was unusable. Initially I had great difficulty contacting the firm and was given the run around. Then my purchase was just over the warranty date. I offered to pay for a replacement part. Then their attitude changed as if they thought originally I was trying some scam and they accepted I was genuine. Their agent said that as a matter of courtesy after the hassle that they would send me a replacement part free. Around a fortnight later I received the replacement charging in the post and have had no more problems. I did issue a thank you addition to the original review. I hope this long winded new review is ok for you.
