Terrible Admiral care
I had. Small insurance with Admiral, only £10 a month. I landed in hospital and now in. Hospice. I had to put my house on the market to pay for my final care. I continued with th house insurance, congratulating myself on a cheapness. Then on the 10th May 2025, I find a charge on my credit cad for £265.39 , I tried phoning Admiral but got the response that I was not recognised.i approached my bank and after a lot of hassle they declared it fraud, cancelled my credit card and set me a new card and a full refund. Then yesterday I received an email from Admiral saying I was due £265.39. After threeattempts I managed to get through to Admiral. was correct from an unasked for increase, made with no communication from them. I have now officially closed the policy. Their agent said I might be due a refund for the three and a half years in the hospice but suddenly developed a hearing problem .after all the bother I gave up. I have enough personal worries, being in a hospice. A warning. They appear so helpful b adds but this is the way they treat vulnerable people
