Sykes did not do their homework!
Sykes should never list deceptive, confidence tricking, properties.
They appeared to have zero interest in our valid complaint.
Be warned; they are ONLY agents, and you legally have a NO rental contract with Sykes.
Ant infestation in kitchen.
No hot water in the kitchen!
Scolding, dangerous, electric shower.
Dirty kitchen floor and garden furniture.
Etcetera.

We understand your frustration and apologise for the issues you encountered during your stay.
We do rely on our owners to ensure that their properties are accurately listed and once we are made aware of any discrepancies in the listing or images, we will then liaise with the owner to rectify this.
